The basis of DCA consists of the employment of qualified, competent, experienced people. This enables us to provide a high quality, valid service to our customers.

It is our policy to work according to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles.  We work according to the guidelines of SANS 17025:2005 which falls into our scope of practice.  The DCA facility is registered under the regulation of the South African Veterinary Council as a Veterinary Laboratory (Rule 31) and as an Animal Research Laboratory (Rule 32). The La-Bio Research Animal Laboratory is a SANAS accredited GLP Compliant Facility, no G0026.

We take it as our responsibility to continuously achieve a notable improvement of our quality standards.
In order to achieve this goal, we implement the following guidelines:

• We employ qualified, trained people in all functions of the company.
• High quality work is maintained by constant training of staff.
• We carefully plan every step of method development and service delivery in order to be able to render a high quality service in the correct manner.
• The accurate analysis of on farm conditions and the reporting thereof is paramount in order to ensure solutions to problems and therefore the satisfaction of our customers.
• The effectiveness of our quality system is maintained by means of internal auditing and management reviews where observations is reported, discussed and assessed and objectives are updated and implemented.
